We work to keep everything here accurate, but service details, availability and example prices can change without notice. Nothing on this website is a binding quote. A quote only becomes firm when we give it to you directly, in person or in writing, for your specific job.
Example pricing
Prices shown are reference points from past jobs, provided to give you a sense of range. Actual pricing depends on volume, weight, access, stairs, carry distance and the type of material involved. Every job is quoted individually.
Photographs
Photographs on this site show work we have performed. Where images show a customer's property, they are published with permission.
Privacy policy
What we collect
If you submit the quote form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, city, job description and any photographs you choose to send. If you call or text, we have your phone number. We do not collect payment details through this website.
What we do with it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, quote your job, schedule work and follow up afterward. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How it is handled
Quote form submissions are processed by Tally, our form provider, and delivered to our business email. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and job records for as long as needed to run the business and meet record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Confidentiality
We do not discuss customers' properties or the contents of their homes with anyone outside the job. We do not publish photographs of a customer's property without permission. This matters particularly for hoarding and estate work, and it applies to every job we do.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies. If website analytics are added in future, this section will be updated to say what is collected.
