Storage units have a way of outliving their purpose. The monthly charge is small enough to ignore and large enough to add up, and the only thing standing between you and canceling is a day of hauling you keep not doing.

We can usually clear a standard unit in a single visit.

For renters

• Unit emptied completely, swept, and ready to hand back
• Anything you want kept set aside — just tell us what to watch for
• We work with the facility's access hours and gate codes
• You don't need to be there, as long as access is arranged

For storage facility operators

Defaulted units, post-auction leftovers and abandoned contents — single units or a full row. Recurring accounts are welcome and net 30 invoicing is available. We're licensed and insured — $1M general liability plus workers' compensation — and certificates go out on request.

What it costs

Priced by how much of the trailer your unit fills, plus weight and how far the carry is from the unit to where we can park. The $60 minimum applies, and the on-site quote is free with no obligation.

Where it goes

Usable furniture and household goods go to donation. Metal goes to scrap recycling. Only the remainder reaches the dump.
