Deciding to make the call is usually harder than the work itself. People come to us embarrassed, or worried about what we'll think, or exhausted from a situation that built up slowly over years. None of that is unusual to us and none of it changes how we treat the job.

We show up in an unmarked-conversation sort of way: we don't discuss your property with neighbors, we don't post photos of it anywhere, and we don't make remarks. We clear what you want cleared, we set aside what you want kept, and we leave.

How a hoarding job actually runs

Every one is different, but the shape is usually the same.

• A free walkthrough first. We look at the whole property, talk through what's staying and what's going, and give you an honest number before anything moves.
• We work room by room so progress is visible and you're never looking at a house that's half torn apart with no end in sight.
• Anything you want kept gets kept. Photographs, documents, jewelry and keepsakes turn up constantly in this work. Tell us what matters and we'll set it aside as we go rather than making you sort it in advance.
• Multiple days are normal. Larger properties take a few visits. That's planned into the quote up front, not added later.
• We finish broom-swept. Floors raked or swept, nothing left behind. We aren't a cleaning service, but you won't be picking debris off the ground when we go.

Scale isn't a problem

The largest job we've handled was a full resort cleanout that ran twenty-three trailer loads alongside demolition work. A single packed bedroom and an entire property are the same job to us, just different amounts of it.
