What we haul

If you want it gone, it's probably on this list

Single item or an entire property. We go wherever the junk is — upstairs, out back, in the crawlspace — and you don't have to move a thing beforehand.

01

Homes & garages

Garage, basement, attic, shed and closet cleanouts. Furniture, appliances, mattresses, exercise equipment, and the pile that's been in the corner for years.

02

Hoarding & estate cleanouts

Whole-property clearing handled discreetly and without judgment, at whatever pace works. Also estate, eviction and move-out cleanouts for families and landlords.

03

Commercial & property managers

Office and retail clearouts, storage unit and apartment turnovers, and items dumped beside your dumpster. Ask about regularly scheduled pickups. Net 30 available.

04

Yard & outdoor

Brush, limbs, storm debris, fencing, sheds, playsets, above-ground pools and hot tubs. Light demolition and teardown included.

05

Single items

One couch, one fridge, one mattress, one treadmill. The $60 minimum exists so small jobs are still worth doing. If you're out at the edge of our area we'll often fit a small pickup around a day we're already working nearby — costs you a little patience, saves you money.

06

Scrap & recycling

Scrap metal, appliances and electronics. Anything still usable goes to donation and anything recyclable goes to recycling before the rest goes to the dump.

A few things we can't take

  • Paint & chemicals
  • Hazardous waste
  • Asbestos
  • Propane tanks
  • Fuel
  • Medical waste
  • Ammunition
  • Tires on a rim
  • Commercial construction debris

Tires off the rim we can take. On construction debris, the line is scale: handyman jobs and home renovations are fine, commercial build sites aren't. Not sure about something? Send a photo and we'll tell you right away.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are yours

The whole point is that you don't do any of the work. You show us what you want gone and we handle the rest of it — the lifting, the loading, the dump run, the fees, the smell.

  1. Call or text us

Tell us roughly what you've got. Photos are optional but they help — send a few and we can usually give you a ballpark range on the spot.

  2. We quote it on site, free

We look at the actual job and give you a firm price before anything is loaded. No obligation, no pressure, no charge for showing up.

  3. We load it and it's gone

You point, we carry. When we're done the space is left broom-swept or raked — not spotless, but no scraps left behind.

Pricing

Every quote is custom. Here's the shape of it.

We price by how much space your load actually takes up in the trailer, not by the hour and not by a rigid item list. That's because no two jobs are the same — a garage packed to the ceiling and a garage with a walking path through it hold wildly different amounts of stuff.

What moves a price: total volume, how heavy the material is, stairs, how far we have to carry it, and awkward items like safes, pianos and hot tubs. We tell you all of that up front rather than surprising you at the end.

The prices shown are from real jobs we've done, so you have a reference point. Your quote will be its own number, given to you in person before we touch anything.

Why people call us

The two other options, and why this is better

Instead of a guy with a truck

Cheap right up until nobody shows up, or something gets broken and there's no insurance behind it. We're licensed and carry $1M general liability plus workers' compensation, we arrive when we said we would, and we work the job start to finish without disappearing for breaks. This is the family business, not a side hustle.

Instead of a dumpster rental

A dumpster sits in your driveway for a week, and every single thing in it you have to carry there yourself. No permit to pull, no driveway cracked, no loading, no waiting on pickup. We come once, load it ourselves, and it's finished the same day.

You never see the dump

No borrowed truck, no tarp straps, no hour in line at the dump. That's the part people forget to budget for.

Zero prep required

Nothing needs to be moved to the curb or piled up first. Leave it exactly where it sits.

Small enough to be personal

You deal with Doug and Allie directly. No call center, no dispatcher, no franchise overhead priced into your job.

Who shows up

Doug & Allie

This is the whole company. Doug is an Army veteran, Allie runs the business, and between them they're the people who answer the phone, give you the quote and load the trailer.

Woman owned, veteran owned, and small on purpose — you're never handed off to somebody who wasn't part of the conversation.

Allie and Doug were so helpful removing items from my mother's house to prep for selling. They quoted quickly, came earlier than expected, and made quick work of it.

Nothing prepared me for the junk pile living in my garage. Clean Sweep showed up like a veteran-led strike team and cleared it out with military precision. No judgment, just jokes, speed and serious skill.

They showed up on time, quoted me up front and gave a flat rate to get the job done, and everything went great. Super friendly people, local to Cedartown.

Hoarding & estate work

Some calls are harder to make than others

If you're calling about a hoarding situation, a parent's home, or a property you've been putting off for a long time — that's a normal call for us and we've done it many times.

We work discreetly and we don't make comments. Nothing gets discussed with neighbors, nothing gets posted anywhere, and anything you want kept is set aside as we go rather than sorted in advance. We move at whatever pace you're comfortable with.

One room or an entire property, it starts the same way — a free walkthrough and an honest number.

Common questions

Questions we get every week

How much does junk removal cost?

It comes down to how much room your load takes up in the trailer, how heavy the material is, and how easy it is to reach. The minimum for a local pickup is $60. A couch typically runs $60–140. A fully loaded trailer of common household items — furniture, appliances, boxes — typically runs $550–800. What moves a price beyond that: stairs, a long carry, difficult access, and specific heavy items like safes, pianos and hot tubs. Those are reference points from real jobs, not a fixed price list. Your quote is free, given on site, before anything is loaded.

How fast can you come out?

Same or next day, most of the time. It comes down to what we already have booked that day and where those jobs put us. Larger jobs are easier to schedule with a day or two of notice, but if yours is urgent, call — we'll tell you right away whether we can fit you in.

Do I need to be home?

Not for anything outside, and not for yard debris. We work with landlords, out-of-state owners and short-term rental hosts regularly — arrange access however you like and we'll confirm with photos when the job is finished.

Do I have to move everything outside first?

No, and please don't. Leave it exactly where it sits, whether that's upstairs, in the basement or behind the shed. You point at what's going and we carry it out. There's no prep work on your end.

Do you clean up afterward?

We leave the space broom-swept or raked. We're not a cleaning service, so we're not scrubbing floors or vacuuming — but you won't be left picking scraps and debris off the ground where the pile used to be.

What won't you take?

Paint, chemicals, hazardous waste, asbestos, propane tanks, fuel, medical waste and ammunition. Tires still mounted on a rim are a no — tires off the rim we'll take. If you're unsure about something, text us a photo and we'll tell you before we come out.

Where does everything end up?

Anything still usable goes to donation, and anything recyclable goes to recycling, scrap metal included. Only what's genuinely left over goes to the dump.

Do you handle hoarding situations?

Yes, regularly, and discreetly. No comments, no judgment, and we move at the pace you set. Scale isn't an issue either — our largest job was a full resort cleanout that ran twenty-three trailer loads alongside demolition work.

Do you work with businesses and property managers?

Yes — apartment turnovers, storage facilities, offices and retail. Get in touch about regularly scheduled pickups and we'll build a routine around your turnover cycle. Net 30 invoicing is available.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — licensed, with $1M general liability and workers' compensation cover behind every job. We'll send both certificates to any property manager or vendor who needs them on file.

Is there work you don't take on?

Everything we do is hand-loaded, which keeps your cost down but sets the ceiling. We don't take jobs needing an excavator, skid steer or other heavy machinery, we don't do structural demolition or mobile home demolition, and we don't take construction debris beyond the scale of a handyman job or home renovation — commercial build sites need a licensed contractor with different equipment. Teardowns of sheds, above-ground pools, decks, fencing and small outdoor structures are all fine, as is light interior demo.

Is my job too small to bother with?

No. The $60 minimum is there precisely so single items are worth doing. The only thing that changes is timing — if you're near the outer edge of our area and it's a small pickup, we'll usually schedule it around a day we're already working nearby rather than making a special trip. If you can wait a few days, it keeps the price down.

How do I pay?

Credit card, Venmo, Cash App or cash. Commercial accounts can be invoiced on net 30 terms.
