Net 30 invoicing is available for commercial accounts.
Working with an out-of-area owner? We handle remote-access jobs regularly and send photos on completion, so you have documentation for the file without driving out to check.
Scale
The largest job we've done was a full resort cleanout — twenty-three trailer loads plus demolition work. A single unit turnover and a multi-building clearout are the same process, just a different number of loads.

Questions we get about this
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry $1M general liability plus workers' compensation cover, and we'll send both certificates to your office the same day you ask.
Do you invoice, or is payment due at the end of the job?
Commercial accounts can be invoiced on net 30 terms. One-off jobs are usually paid when the work is done, by card, Venmo, Cash App or cash.
Can you handle several units at once?
Yes. Multi-unit turnovers and rows of defaulted storage units are routine. Tell us the volume and we'll plan the loads around your timeline.
How much notice do you need?
Same or next day is often possible. For multi-unit or multi-day work, a couple of days' notice lets us schedule it properly.
