Almost every house has one. A garage you can't park in, an attic nobody has opened since the last move, a basement corner that quietly became storage. The reason it's still there is rarely that it's hard to decide — it's that hauling it away is a whole Saturday, a borrowed truck, and a trip to the dump.

That's the part we take off your hands.

What we clear out

No prep work on your end

Please don't drag everything to the curb before we arrive — people do this and it's wasted effort. Leave it exactly where it sits. We'll go up the stairs, out to the shed, behind the fence, wherever the stuff actually is. That's the service you're paying for.

What it costs

Pricing is based on how much room your load takes up in the trailer, plus how heavy the material is and how far we have to carry it. Some reference points from real jobs:

• $60 minimum for a local pickup
• $60–140 for a couch, depending on size, stairs and access
• $60–85 for a mattress and box spring set
• $550–800 for a garage cleanout that fills one full trailer — and most garages don't fill one

Those are examples, not a price list. Your quote is its own number, given free and on site before anything gets loaded.

When we're done

The space is left broom-swept or raked. We're not scrubbing floors — that's a cleaning service — but you won't be sweeping up what we left behind.
