Light demolition and teardowns

We handle small structures and interior tear-outs: sheds, above-ground pools, decks, fencing, playsets, kitchen and bathroom rip-outs and non-structural walls. Teardown and removal in one visit means one contractor and one invoice instead of coordinating two.

Where the line is

Everything we do is hand-loaded. That's what keeps this simple and keeps your cost down — no machinery on site, no equipment fees, no permits to pull.

So the work that fits us is the scale of a typical home renovation: a bathroom gut, a deck coming down, a shed removed, a handyman job that generated more debris than expected.

What we don't take on: anything needing excavators, skid steers or other heavy machinery, structural demolition, and mobile home demolition. Those need a licensed demolition contractor with different equipment and different insurance. We'll tell you that on the phone rather than turning up and finding out.
