Single items are a real job to us

A lot of haulers won't take one item, or quote it so high you give up and try to fit a sofa in a sedan. Our minimum is $60, and we'll come out for a single mattress if that's what you need gone.

What we take

• Couches, sofas, sectionals, recliners and armchairs
• Mattresses and box springs, any size
• Beds, dressers, wardrobes, desks and tables
• Refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves and dishwashers
• Treadmills, weight benches and exercise equipment
• TVs, electronics and office furniture
• Hot tubs and above-ground pools, including the teardown

Reference prices

• $60 — minimum for a local pickup
• $60–140 — couch or sofa, depending on size, stairs and access
• $60–85 — mattress and box spring set

What moves the number: stairs, a long carry to the truck, unusual weight, and awkward items like safes, pianos and hot tubs. We'll tell you all of that up front. Appliances, including fridges and freezers, carry no separate surcharge — disposal is built into the quote you're given.

Upstairs, out back, in the basement

Wherever it is, that's where we'll get it from. Second-floor bedrooms, finished basements, back gardens with no vehicle access — none of that is a problem and none of it means you need to move anything first.

Where it goes

Furniture and appliances in usable condition go to donation wherever we can place them. Metal appliances go to scrap recycling. What's left goes to the dump. You don't have to do anything to make that happen.
